Ladies, lots of fun yesterday.
Just a reminder from a tactical perspective;
note that;
-Both teams combined direct and indirect style when the play called for it.
-The direct ball was being used from wide places in the attacking third and as an early cross.
-We saw more combination play in the midfield and in the final third.
-Heavy emphasis on set piece as 2 of the 4 goals were as a direct result of corner kicks. Also Corners and the one free kick caused many chances.

Hi all,
So there will be no classroom session tonight.

Players please submit a fitness workout tonight with a long warmup.

Also we are going to need you all at academy on Sunday as its the last one and we want to do photographs. We will have a training session on sunday after academy from 4 – 5 on shooting technique with mitchell and I.
